Man accused of breaking arm, legs of infant girl
Amherst police have arrested a Denrose Drive man for allegedly breaking a 6-day-old girl's legs and later her arm. Assistant Chief Timothy Green said William Smielecki, 23, was arrested on Jan. 3 and charged with felony assault in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a minor. More ...
