In the Military

Thomas Deveans, son of Richard and Marlen Deveans of Williamsville, has been promoted to the rank of major in the U.S. Army. He teaches math at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He is a 1993 graduate of St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute.
