Ryan F. Clark and Chrystie M. Benson

Cheryl and Jeffrey Benson of Boston, N.Y., formerly of Cheektowaga, announce the engagement of their daughter, Chrystie Michelle Benson, to Ryan Fitzgerald Clark, son of Susan and Gary Clark of Hamburg.

Miss Benson graduated from Hamburg High School in 1999 and received a degree in nursing from Trocaire College in 2004. She is a registered nurse, working in labor and delivery at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Fla.

Her fiance graduated from Frontier High School in 1999. He received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Saint Mary University in 2004. He is a manager at Dicks Sporting Goods.

A June 2008 wedding is planned.
