New Officials

NEW OFFICIALS - Edward Rath III is sworn in as Erie County legislator for the 15th District on Dec. 29 as his wife, Amy, holds the Bible, at VFW Post 416. Judge Michael Hudson of the New York State Court of Claims presides over the inauguration. The Raths' daughters, Louise and Cecilia, watch the ceremony. Rath is replacing Dr. Barry Weinstein, who was installed on Dec. 31 as an Amherst Town Board member along with Guy Marlette and Mark Manna.
