Mohan's demands on department are unreasonable

      Supervisor Satish Mohan is no longer serving the Town of Amherst; he is trying to rule over it. Following several outbursts, it appears he is trying to have complete control over everything in Town Hall. Twice during Monday's work session he proclaimed that he was the CEO of the town.
