      When the agenda for Monday's Town Board was released it included an unfortunate memo from Town Attorney Tom Jones. Because Council Member Dan Ward had joined a lawsuit against the town, the town would have to pay for outside council, to the tune of $20,000. While Jones expects it won't cost quite that much, the tally won't be known for some time.

      125 Years Ago July 26, 1883 Through the blundering of some postal official, the Williamsville letter mail was not received last night.
