Heartwarming Gift

A HEARTWARMING GIFT - Jodi Kwarta, left, a graduate social work intern from the University at Buffalo, and Janice Bauchle, a Senior Center member and volunteer, prepare the center's donation to the Town of Amherst Warm Clothing Project, coordinated by the Youth Board. Members of the Senior Center collected winter clothing to dress 11 children from the three town school districts. All children received new coats, boots, sweaters, hats and mittens. This is an annual effort by the Senior Center and Youth Board to assist needy children.
