Puppet show set at St. Benedict's

A family Holiday Puppet Show with magic tricks, puppets and a story for children and their families will be held after the 10 a.m. Mass on Sunday, Dec. 30 at the St. Benedict's School cafeteria, 1317 Eggert Road, Amherst.

The Epiphany tale of the Italian folk character La Befana will be brought to life by parishioner Judi Mazziotti, an area Italian teacher and St. Benedict's Children's Liturgy presenter.

Mazziotti's own "Befana" DVD has been sold throughout the country for the past five holiday seasons, teaching the true spirit of gift giving, tolerance and understanding

Refreshments will be served after the puppet show.
