Shanna R. Singletary and Andy L. Allison

Patricia B. and Terry G. Singletary of Thomasville, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Shanna Ruth Singletary, to Andy Louis Allison, son of Ellen and Larry Allison of Clarence Center.

Miss Singletary graduated from Thomas County Central High School in 1996 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Georgia in 2000. She is an assistant vice president and senior financial specialist at Wachovia Bank.

Her fiance received a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from Alfred University in 1999 and a Master of Science degree in education from Canisius College in 2001. He is a fourth-grade teacher at Wilson Creek Elementary School in Fulton County, Ga. He will receive his teacher certification in educational administration and supervision from Kennesaw State University in December 2007.

A June 2008 wedding is planned.
