Malinda Tiette Caudle married Kenji Saito in an evening ceremony on Friday, Nov. 2, 2007 at Penthouse 15 in Manhattan, New York. Mr. Alexander Compter officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Alexis Seck of North Bergen, N.J., and the granddaughter of Lena and Bennie Caudle of Williamsville. The groom is the son of Momoe and Katsuyuki Saito of Morioka, Japan.
The bride was escorted by her grandfather, Bennie Caudle.
She wore a strapless A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline, chapel train and all-over Chantilly lace with Swarovski crystals and faux pearls. She carried a bouquet of white, ivory and champagne roses wrapped with fabric from her mother and grandmother's wedding gowns.
The maid of honor was Olivia Burrell, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Terra McCrey, cousin of the bride; Aya Saiki, cousin of the groom; and Marlena McCarthy, friend of the bride.
The flower girl was Hidemi Shoji, niece of the groom. The ring bearer was Davon Brown, godson of the bride.
A reception was held at Penthouse 15. The couple honeymooned in London and Paris.
