EAGLE SCOUT - Shawn Mooney of Williamsville receives the Eagle Scout Award at a Court of Honor at St. Barnabas Church in Depew on Nov. 11 with Boy Scout Troop 554. For his project, Mooney organized a spring cleanup of the Mathewson McCarthy baseball diamonds on Wehrle Drive. He is a graduate of Williamsville South High School and a freshman at the University at Buffalo. His father, Dennis Mooney, is also an Eagle Scout.
