Stumpf's Level 7-8 fare well at Snowflake

Stumpf's Level 7-8 girls gymnastics team performed well at the Snowflake Invitational. Members, pictured from left, are: Shannon Martinsen, Michaela Stumpf, Ashley Materise, Taylor Balser, Kristen Kelly, Callie Flanagan, Lily Szafranski and Stephanie Mazur.

Stumpf's Lily Szafranski won the vault, bars and floor on her way to a second-place finish in the Level 7 (7-11 division) at the Snowflake Invitational.

Taylor Balser was second on floor and finished fourth. Twelve-year-old Shannon Martinsen was second on bars, beam and all-around. Michaela Stumpf won the vault and finished fourth.

In the 13-14 group, Callie Flanagan was second on floor. Flanagan, Kristen Kelly and Ashley Materise finished fourth, fifth and sixth, respectively.

In Level 8, Rachel Kistner won the senior vault, bars, beam and all-around (36.025), and Stephanie Mazur finished fifth in the junior division.
