Pair mark 60 years together

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Taylor

Marilou and Henry Taylor of Amherst celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception in Boston, Mass.

Henry Taylor married the former Marilou Gaunder on Nov. 27, 1947 at Blessed Sacrament Church in Tonawanda.

Henry is a retired teacher with the Buffalo Board of Education.

The couple are members of St. Joseph's University Church in Buffalo and enjoy traveling.

They have five children and seven grandchildren.
