Michael Olear, a broker associate with MJ Peterson Real Estate, has launched Olear Realty Group.

The Olear Realty Group, a group within MJ Peterson, specializes in owner-occupied, residential real estate in Erie and Niagara counties. The group focuses on "later in life" real estate situations, addressing both downsizing and estates.

Olear has been licensed since 1987 and has been affiliated with MJ Peterson since 2002. The Olear Group has three licensed realtors, two of whom are associate brokers, as well as a transaction coordinator.
