Kimberly Ann Englert married Scott Lewis Macdonald in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007 at St. Amelia Church in Tonawanda. The bride's uncle, the Rev. Michael Englert, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Barbara and Donald Englert of Tonawanda. The groom is the son of Mary Macdonald of Williamsville.
The bride was escorted by her father.
She wore a white satin strapless, A-line gown with an elbow length veil and chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of mango, burgundy and while calla lilies.
The matron of honor was Amy Pegnia, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Christine Englert, sister-in-law of the bride, and Heather Fredericks and Melissa Ersing, sisters of the groom.
The flower girl was Hailey Fredericks, niece of the groom.
The best man was Cory Skok, friend of the groom. The ushers were Ken Englert, brother of the bride; Anthony Pegnia, brother in-law of the bride; and Jason Ballok, friend of the groom.
A reception was held at the clubhouse at Diamond Hawk in Cheektowaga.
The couple honeymooned in Aruba.
