Bantam Bisons trounce Brockport

The North Buffalo Bisons Bantam Minor hockey team defeated Brockport, 9-6, last Sunday at Nichols School.

Brockport led 2-0 before Buffalo's Sam Romano (David Arthur) tallied. Brockport led 4-1 early in the second.

The teams traded goals in the second, Arthur and Romano (Sean Basil, Jim Frauenhofer) for Buffalo. The third period started with the Bisons trailing, 5-3.

In the third, Buffalo outshot the visitors, 17-7, and notched five unanswered goals. Scoring were Eric Adolf (Marc Bezbatchenko, Ian Mc- Question), Bezbatchenko (Alex Fritz), Arthur (Fritz), Bezbatchenko (Evan Thur, Arthur), Fritz (Jake Pugliese), and Adolf (Fritz).

Jim Basil and Conner Naughton earned the win in goal.
