Take a shot with the Sabres alumni

Western New York Adult Immunization Coalition will hold a flu and pneumonia clinic with Sabres alumni.

The group will hold a clinic from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29 at Erie Community College's North Campus.

Former Sabre Rick Martin will be present from 4 to 6 p.m., and Rene Robert will be at the campus from 6 to 8 p.m.

Another clinic will take place from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday Dec. 2 at Erie Community College's South Campus.

Former Sabre Rob Ray will be on hand from noon to 2 p.m. while Larry Playfair will be present from 2 to 4 p.m.

Flu shots will cost $30 and pneumonia shots will cost $45, if not covered by insurance. Flu shots will be offered to anyone 9 years or older.

Those who attend will receive a free autographed Sabres alumni poster after getting the flu shot.
