Flyers post first victory

The Flyers skated hard for their first win of the season against the Rangers, 8-7. Down 2-0 in the first period, the Flyers rallied. Matt Mirand scored two short-handed goals along with three assists. Andrew Mosher added two goals, one short-handed, and Kyle Conover added four tallies. Matt Boccio had an assist.

Ranger scorers were Christian Baran (all unassisted), William Nowak, Brian Kowalski and Adam Teach (Michael Colesto). Flyers' netminder Alex Streng made several saves on odd-man rushes.

The Flyers' three stars were Hudson Milligan and Matt Mirand (first), Andrew Mosher (second) and Noah Rosenthal (third). The game puck went to Kyle Conover.
