Eastern Hills to celebrate Santa's arrival

Eastern Hills Mall will celebrate the annual arrival of Santa Claus by hosting a Santa Parade at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17 in the mall parking lot.

The Santa Parade, which will kick off the holiday shopping season at the mall, will be led by local police cars and fire trucks and feature a special appearance by Buster T. Bison, mascot of the Buffalo Bisons.

Children ages 12 and under in attendance will receive a free gift.

Photos with Santa, available through Santa Plus, will be taken at Center Court Stage in front of Macy's. Hours of operation 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m Sunday.

The mall will be closed Thanksgiving Day and will reopen at 7 a.m. Friday, Nov. 23.
