Pair at home in California after Chautauqua nuptials

Nicole K. LaMonte married Roy T. DeGolier IV in an afternoon ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 2 at the Hall of Philosophy at the Chautauqua Institute in Chautauqua, N.Y. The Rev. Shirley Lewis officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Patricia and Daniel Young of Amherst and Francis P. LaMonte, also of Amherst. The groom is the son of Madilynn and Roy T. De- Golier III of Dunkirk.

The bride was escorted by her father, her stepfather and her godfather, John LaMonte.

She wore an ivory and clover-green satin gown with hydrangeas in her hair. She carried a bouquet of hydrangeas, Gerbera daisies, ivory roses and green berries.

The maid of honor was Danielle Young, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Jennifer DeGolier, sister of the groom, and Elissa Armstrong, Megan Lewis, Emily Davis, Kate Child, Claire Gorman, Amber Thompson and Nicole Chisholm, friends of the bride.

The flower girls were Abigail DeGolier, niece of the groom, and Chika Simon, daughter of a friend of the bride and groom.

The best man was Matthew Kozlowski, friend of the groom. The groomsmen were Jayson DeGolier, brother of the groom, and Andrew Manzella, Matthew Dougherty, Jared Katz, Ryan Clendenin, Christopher Mason, Michael Sioda and Tom Bender, friends of the groom.

A reception was held at the Chautauqua Golf Course.

The couple are at home in Los Angeles after traveling to Sonoma, Calif., for their honeymoon. They are planning a trip to Europe next year.
