Failed proposal leads to frustration

I am so glad the green space proposal did not pass. I was so worried that I would never again be able to watch land being leveled out to build more office buildings and patio homes. Watching the destruction of nature is fascinating.

I was also worried that being stuck in traffic on Main Street, North Forest Road, Maple Road, Niagara Falls Boulevard and Transit would not increase, since it is wonderful to sit at a red right several times.

I do not know what would happen to Amherst if the landscape did not consist of empty office buildings with "for rent" signs. Let's just level everything and get rid of pesky wildlife and annoying trees.

I have lived in Williamsville for seven years. My taxes have gone up every year. But this year, I truly believe that my taxes will be lower because more office buildings can be built. I look forward to my next bill with great anticipation.
