Winter warm-up lacrosse league slated

The Buffalo Lacrosse Academy will be running indoor five-on-five boys lacrosse leagues for any interested player in grades 5 to 12.

Games will be played on Sunday mornings at the Epic Sports Center, 2793 Wehrle Drive in Williamsville for ten weeks beginning Nov. 11.

Playing indoors on a boarded box field is proven to be the best way to develop stick skills, field awareness and quickness. The winter sessions were developed to continue the BLA mission of providing lacrosse experiences to everyone in the Buffalo-Niagara region while enhancing the athletic ability and skill of area players.

Each registrant will receive a jersey and instruction from highly qualified coaches. Due to limited space and time, registration will be on a first come, first serve basis with limitation of numbers in each age category.
