Mite Penguins win 4-1

Tension was high Sunday when the Mite Bruins faced the Penguins.

The Penguins started off the scoring late in the first period when Skyler DeRose tapped in a rebound off Liam Gallagher's shot to beat Bruins goalie Joey Lupica.

Penguin Ryan Meade (unassisted) and Nicholas Keiffer (Allison Attea) also scored.

Bruin David Balk put a shot on net in the second to beat Penguin goalie Joshua Gordon.

The Penguins' Alex Dane scored in the third.

Outstanding effort was also made by Dylan Utz, Scott Daigler, David Matthew, Colin Blatz, Matthew Dreyer, Nathan Gentile, Derek Andrews, Sean Balcerzak, and Jacob Small.
