Stars edge Sabres White

The Mite Stars beat the Sabres White 3-2.

The Stars opened the scoring when Anthony DeMaria, assisted by Jacob Barberio, scored to start the game.

In the second period, goaltending from the Stars' Cameron McMahon kept turning away shot after shot. DiMaria scored his second goal of the game.

The Stars' Brayden Homberger scored his first goal of the year.

The Stars' win was aided by the outstanding efforts of Colin Branka, Joe Dispenza, Courtney Cavarello, Jack Ohle, Matt Schrlau, Nick Signore, Brandon Zielinski, Theo Gogos, Ryan Frost, Daniel Doyle, Deven Wistner, Ryan Gracie and Grace Marren.
