Deaths

O'CONNELL, Edward J., 88, of Amherst, died on Monday, Oct. 22, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane; one son, Edward L.; one daughter, Patricia Engler; one brother, William; three sisters, Lorraine, Gloria Weber, and Ruth; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services were held on Friday, Oct. 26 at Dietrich Funeral Home in Amherst and Christ the King Church.

OLIVER, Eleanor R., died on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2007. She is survived by her husband, C. Neale; two sons, William R., and Charles N. Jr.; one daughter, Martha N. Grossheim; two brothers; one sister; and three grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday at Calvary Episcopal Church, Williamsville. Arrangements were made by Beach-Tuyn Funeral Home.
