Bride's dog serves as bridesmaid

Jennifer Lynn Subjeck married Jason Alan Fedus in a noon ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007 at St. Gabriel's Church in Elma. The Rev. Dan Palys officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Eva and Mark Subjeck of Elma. The groom is the son of Loretta and Joseph Fedus of Holland, N.Y.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore a satin sleeveless, empire-waist gown, with a bodice embellished by pearls and sequins and a sweeping, embroidered train. A pencil-edged, cathedral-length veil complemented her gown. She carried a vibrant cascade of burgundy, pink and champagne roses with accents of heather.

The maid of honor was Melissa Subjeck, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Katherine Bednarek, cousin of the bride; Danielle Fedus, sister-in-law of the groom; and Dana Collett and Shannon Gross, friends of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Diva, the bride's Yorkie-poo.

The flower girls were Emily Bednarek, godchild of the bride, and Kyra Fedus, godchild of the groom.

The best man was Patrick Fedus, brother of the groom. The groomsmen were Jeremy Rupp, Matt Roth, Ed Stemper and Darrin Leach, friends of the groom.

The ring bearers were Derrick Fedus, nephew of the groom, and Devin Koerber, friend of the bride.

A reception was held at the Protocol Restaurant in Williamsville.

The couple are at home in East Aurora after a honeymoon in Hawaii.
