Pair travel to Cancun

Brittany King married Nicholas Evans in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007 at Centenary Methodist Church in New Albany, Ind. Brother Bill Cambell officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Linda and Gary King of Laconia, Ind. The groom is the son of Roberta and David Evans of West Seneca.
The bride was escorted by her father.
She wore a strapless satin corset, beaded gown with a tulle skirt. She carried a bouquet of red mums and lilies. Her grandmother's jewelry completed the ensemble.
The maid of honor was Allison Woerts, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Ashley King, sister of the bride; Barb Danner, sister of the groom; and Renee Jacobs, Jennifer Ellis, Sarah Ransdell and Nicole Gates, friends of the bride.
The flower girl was Kayla Peyton, friend of the bride.
The best man was Andy Jarnot, friend of the groom. The ushers were James Evans, brother of the groom; David Danner, brother in-law of the groom; and Craig and Marc Kronthaler, Jon Jarnot, and Philip Haliburton, friends of the groom.
The ring bearer was Thomas Evans, nephew and godson of the groom.
A reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in New Albany, Ind.
The couple are at home in Cordon, Ind., after a honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico.
