Buffalo Niagara Sales & Marketing Executives will hold a seminar titled "Beyond Customer Loyalty: How to Drive Continued Sales from Your Existing Clients" at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20 at the Millennium Airport Hotel, 2040 Walden Ave., Cheektowaga. The seminar will be presented by Michael Vitch, president of Compu Mail. The seminar will cost $15 for members and $25 for all others. Register by calling 662-2279. Housing Opportunities Made Equal will hold a landlord/tenant presentation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14 at the West Seneca Town Hall, 1250 Union Road. The presentation is designed to aid all in understanding fair housing laws. Those with questions about fair hosing law or landlord/tenant relations are encouraged to participate. Housing Opportunities Made Equal is a civil rights organization, which, since 1963, has led the struggle for fair housing in the Buffalo Niagara region.

SCORE of Buffalo/Niagara will hold a presentation on starting and managing a business from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28 at the Lackawanna Public Library, 560 Ridge Road, Lackawana. The workshop is a must for new business startups to learn all the elements of business management required for success.
