Couple receive guests at Kloc's Blossom Grove

Kimberly Lyn Piontkowski married David Michael Swiatek in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007 at St. Christopher Church in Tonawanda. The Rev. Charles Slisz officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Dawn M. Szabo of Tonawanda and Michael J. Piontkowski of North Tonawanda. The groom is the son of Deborah A. Swiatek of Amherst and Michael W. Swiatek of Parma Heights, Ohio.
The bride was escorted by her father.
She wore a white ball gown with a hand-beaded bodice trimmed with pearls, sequins and white eyelet appliques, with a full tulle skirt and cathedral-length train. She carried a bouquet of orange lilies and ivory gardenias.
The maid of honor was Amanda Schutter, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Sarah Piontkowski, sister of the bride; Andrea Scholz, stepsister of the bride; Melissa Swiatek, sister of the groom; and Sarama Dey, friend of the bride.
The flower girls were Ava Scholz and Leeya Bundy, nieces of the bride.
The best man was Patrick Wahl, friend of the groom. The groomsmen were Matthew and Brandon Nieswiadomy, cousins of the groom; Joseph Szabo, brother of the bride; and Andrew Odien, friend of the groom.
A reception was held at Kloc's Blossom Grove in West Seneca. The couple will make their home in Tonawanda after a honeymoon in San Diego.
