Wedding announcement guidelines

All engagement, wedding and anniversary announcements received by Bee Group Newspapers are published in all nine editions as a service to our readers. There is no charge.

The following are guidelines that must be followed for submitting a wedding, engagement or anniversary announcement.

• The deadline for announcements is noon on the Tuesday before next week's publication.

• A preferred publication date must be written on the form, but The Bee does not guarantee a publication date for any engagement, wedding or anniversary announcement.

• The Bee reserves the right to edit all material.

• Bee Group Newspapers' Weddings and Engagement forms must be used. All forms must be typed.

• There is a minimum waiting period of three months (12 weeks) between publication of an engagement announcement and a wedding announcement.

• Wedding announcements will not be published if received later than three months (12 weeks) after the date of the ceremony.

• The Bee cannot guarantee the return of photos.

• A contact person's name and phone number must be listed on the form. • The form is available at www.beenews.com, by calling The Bee at 632-4700, or at the office, 5564 Main St., Williamsville.
