National City Mortgage opens Williamsville office

National City Mortgage has opened a regional mortgage production center in Western New York.

The full-service mortgage branch serves metro Buffalo and all eight counties. In addition to the Williamsville office, National City Mortgage is opening branches in Rochester and Albany and will be looking into the downstate market as well.

Gary Johansen and Bob Amico will serve as the management team. They have 50 years of lending experience between them. The Williamsville branch will be staffing up to 15 loan officers and support staff who process, underwrite and fund loans locally.

National City Mortgage is a direct Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lender. In addition, National City Mortgage is an FHA direct endorsed and a VA automatic lender and also provides one-time closing construction/permanent financing and renovation/rehabilitation loans, as well as small commercial loans.
