'Connections Luncheon' planned at Sacred Heart

There are many occasions in life for celebration, for giving thanks. Regrettably, there are also times for sadness and grief.

To help us to better understand the grief process, Sacred Heart alumna and Williamsville native, Beth Allen Gerrish, will speak at the 20th Century Club at noon, Tuesday, Oct. 23 at the academy, 3860 Main St., near Eggert Road.

The Sacred Heart Academy community celebrates its seventh "Connections Luncheon" at which alumnae, parents and friends will join together to explore the important questions and feelings that face each of us.

These luncheons are designed to connect the alumnae, parents and friends of the community while bringing them together for a meal and conversations.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for women to get together to listen to fascinating speakers and discuss pertinent topics," said Alumni Coordinator Eileen Rimar Hettich.
