The Irishman Pub and Eatery names head chef

The Irishman Pub and Eatery, located at 5601 Main St. in Williamsville, has recently added Sunday hours to its schedule.

Now open on Sundays from noon to midnight, The Irishman serves a full menu of lunch and dinner.

Also among the changes, a new head chef was appointed. Andrew Marino, a graduate from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute/ Cordon Bleu with a culinary arts degree, was recently appointed to the position.

His recent experience included working at Orchard Park Country Club and Mangia's.

The Irishman is open every day for lunch, dinner and late night cocktails and dining - the kitchen stays open late.

Takeout and catering is also available. For information, call 626 2670. Reservations are recommended but not required.
