The SS. Peter and Paul girls varsity White team (6-1) defeated Annunciation School, 3-1. Great serving made the difference, as Paige Hanley and Victoria Mendiola made multiple serve points. Kristin Herle and Jessica Lynett played solidly and kept the ball moving to the forward line, making it easier for the players to score.

Michelle Haumesser and Samantha Hathaway added several serve points and played excellent offense at the net. Multiple times they dropped the ball just over the net, catching the Annunciation players off guard. A full team effort kept Annunciation from mounting any organized scoring.
