Friends officiate at morning ceremony

Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Kusio

Kathleen Powers married Theodore Kusio in a morning ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 6. 2007 at the Garrison Spa & Golf Club in Garrison, N.Y. Tina Morando, Phillips town clerk, and Christopher Fecteau and Karen Rich, friends of the bride, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Patricia and Martin Powers of Clarence. The groom is the son of Myroslawa and Theodore Kusio of Granby, Conn.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore a loden green halter gown with a matching headpiece.

The matron of honor was Missy Flower, friend of the bride. The best man was Curt Elsasser, friend of the groom.

A champagne brunch reception was held at the Garrison Club. The couple will be at home in Brooklyn after honeymooning in Aruba.
