On the Campus Rochester Institute of Technology will hold the third annual RIT SpiRIT Writing Contest for 10th- and 11th- graders with hearing loss. The deadline to enter is March 1. Victoria Haenazel has earned a Presidential Scholarship, valued at $72,000 over four years, from Elmira College. She is the daughter of Nancy and Robb Haenazel of East Amherst.
