Family party celebrates 60 years

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Schaff

Margie and Harold Schaff of Amherst celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a party for family and friends at their son David's home.

Harold Schaff married the former Margie Thompson on Aug. 31, 1947 at the Church of the Nazarene in Buffalo.

Harold is retired from Chevy after 33 years of employment.

The couple have two sons, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
