Vows said at Fourteen Holy Helpers

Jill Soroka married Benjamin Gore in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007 at the Fourteen Holy Helpers Church in West Seneca. The Rev. Gregory Dobson officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Jeanette and Douglas Soroka of West Seneca. The groom is the son of Merlyn and Timothy Gore of Cuba, N.Y.
The bride was escorted by her father.
She wore a white, satin, A-line gown with a square neckline and semi-cathedral train. The bodice, skirt and train were detailed with pearls, and satin-covered beads lined the back bodice. She also wore a lace finger-tip veil that was adorned with pearls scattered throughout. She carried a bouquet of white roses, stephanotis with pearl centers and limonium, with trailing ivy.
The maid of honor was Sarah Campbell, friend of the bride. The bridesmaid was Jennifer Conway, friend of the bride.
The best man was Andrew Phillips, friend of the groom. The ushers were Gregory Soroka, brother of the bride, and David Kendziori and Eric O'Brien, friends of the groom.
A reception was held at the Millennium Hotel ballroom in Cheektowaga.
The couple are making their home in San Antonio, Texas.
