Auditions

• The Towne Players will hold auditions for "A Christmas Carol" at 7 p.m.
Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 8 and 9 in Room 113 of the Sheridan-Parkside
Community Center, 169 Sheridan-Parkside Drive, Tonawanda. Those
attending will be asked to do a cold reading from the script. For more

• The Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus is seeking soloists for Handel's
"Messiah" (Dec. 2) and Verdi's "Requiem" (May 4). To schedule an
