Senior living, advance planning: topic of seminar

Planning for the future is the subject of a Senior Focus Seminar, slated for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24 at ElderWood Village at Glenwood, 5271 Main St., Williamsville.

Representatives from ElderWood Senior Care will discuss the different levels of senior housing and residential health care available locally, including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing. In addition, representatives from Hogan Willig, Attorneys at Law, will discuss estate planning, health care proxy, power of attorney and wills. Dengler & Roberts Funeral Home will also be in attendance to discuss the details involved in burial trusts and funeral preplanning.
