Pair united in afternoon ceremony

Sheryl H. Idzik married Mark E. Kelley in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Buffalo. The Rev. Charles Bang officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Nancy and Peter Idzik of Lancaster. The groom is the son of Linda and Carl Sturtevant of Rome, N. Y.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore a light gold full lace gown and carried a bouquet of white and purple roses with calla lilies.

The matrons of honor were Karen Narusewicz, sister of the bride, and Cynthia Magera, friend of the bride. The bridesmaid was Carol Yetto, friend of the bride.

The best men were Robert Lewin and Robert Calder, friends of the groom. The usher was Scott Kelley, brother of the groom.

A reception was held at the Holiday Inn in Amherst.
