Couple mark 50th year

Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schneggenbur ger

Ruth and Carl Schneggenburger of Snyder celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner at Olive Garden.

Carl Schneggenburger married the former Ruth Meyer on Sept. 7, 1957 at St. Lawrence Church, Buffalo.

Carl is retired from his self-employed scrap metal business. Ruth is a registered nurse at Heathwood Health Care. They are members of Christ the King Church in Snyder.

The couple have eight children and 21 grandchildren.
