Family celebrates anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Arcara

Monica (Mickey) and Joseph Arcara of Colden, formerly of Cheektowaga, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at Orazio's Restaurant, Clarence.

Joseph Arcara married the former Monica Antkowiak on Sept. 14, 1957 at St. Casimer's Church, Buffalo.

Joseph is a retired truck mechanic from the Buffalo Sewer Authority, and Monica is a retired medical receptionist.

The couple have four children and nine grandchildren.
