NAPM Buffalo to meet

The National Association of Purchasing Management Buffalo will meet at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 at Protocol Restaurant, 6766 Transit Road near the Thruway overpass. Grove Potter, business editor of The Buffalo News, will be the guest speaker, presenting "Covering Business in WNY during a Transitional Economy."
