Hilbert College to hold athletics open house

The Hilbert College athletic department recently announced it will hold an open house starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29 in Franciscan Hall.

Presentations by the Hilbert College admissions department, followed by the athletic department, and a campus tour will highlight the morning. Students will have the opportunity to meet with coaches from the Hawks' 11 collegiate athletic programs and can attend a free cookout from 12-1:30 p.m.

Three of Hilbert's fall athletic teams will be in action that day as well, starting with a women's volleyball match at 11 a.m. against Frostburg State. The women's soccer team will kick off against the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg at 1 p.m. with the men's game against the Bobcats to follow at 3 p.m.
