EVANS, Elmer, "Dick" of Amherst, died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2007; husband of Dorothy E.; father of Rick and Emaret. Services were private. If desired, memorials may be made to the Hospice Foundation. Mr. Evans was a member of the American Legion A.J. Jurek Post No. 1672. Arrangements were made by the Harry A. Wedekindt Funeral Home.
