Star Enterprises of Western New York will hold a free, life-enhancing seminar from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 at 260 Michigan Ave., Buffalo. The event will feature motivational speaker Toni Coleman Brown. Brown, a national mentor, has taught wealth-building techniques for the past few years to people in more than 10 states around the country. The seminar is geared toward people wanting to change every aspect of their lives. ProMac to cover iPod information

at next meeting

Hear the latest about Apple Macintosh computers at the ProMac meeting from 7 to 10 p.m. in room 120, Clemens Hall on the University at Buffalo's North campus. This month, iLife 08 and iWork 08 will be demonstrated. There will also be iPod and pocket camera demonstrations. Two books - one about Photoshop and one about iTunes - will be given to a winner.
