Couple travel to Aruba

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Zaidel

Christen Fisher married Michael Zaidel in an evening ceremony on Friday, Aug. 17, 2007 at Glen Oak Country Club, Amherst. The Hon. Geoffrey Klien officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Karen Guenther of Williamsville and Bob Fisher of Alden. The groom is the son of Judy and Mark Zaidel of Williamsville.

The bride was escorted by her father.

She wore an ivory satin gown with crystal beading and a champagne sash.

The maid of honor was Layla Griffith, friend of the bride and groom. The bridesmaids were Amy LaRotonda and Beth Zaidel, sisters of the groom.

The best man was Jeffrey Mitchell, cousin of the groom. The ushers were Christopher LaRotonda, brother-in-law of the groom, and Jay Dohn, friend of the groom.

A reception was held at Glen Oak Country Club in Amherst.

The couple honeymooned in Aruba.
