Mary and John Walker of Williamsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Walker, to Rob Boyd, son of Joy and Bob Boyd of Fairport, N. Y.

Miss Walker graduated from Williamsville North High School in 2002. She received a degree in economics from Geneseo State College in 2006. She works in banking.

Her fiance graduated from Fairport High School in 2002. He received an economics degree from Geneseo State College in 2006. He works in retail management.

A July 2008 wedding is planned.
