Heidi Wanamaker and John Rodriguez

Patricia and Pete Wanamaker of Williamsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Heidi Wanamaker, to John Rodriguez, son of Clara Rodriguez of Buffalo and John Rodriguez of Kenmore.

Miss Wanamaker is a 1999 graduate of Williamsville South High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in social science from the University at Buffalo in 2004. She is a graduate student at Medaille College working toward a master's degree in mental health counseling and is a service coordinator with People Inc.

Her fiance is a 1994 graduate of Lafayette High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in liberal arts and business from Medaille College in 1999. He is a records clerk at Erie County Family Court.

An October 2008 wedding is planned.
